Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Chandrayan fragrances. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unlit, and in its original, sealed packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used incense, cones, and havan cups cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

1. Email support@chandrayan.co.in with your order number and reason. 2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions. 3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll approve your refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (via PayU or Cashfree) within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once shipped, our standard return terms apply.
