Shipping Policy

At Chandrayan (a brand of Kwicgro Pvt Ltd), every order is handcrafted and dispatched with care from our workshop in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

Processing time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery estimates

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• Remote or rural PIN codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹400.
• A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹400.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may carry a small additional handling fee shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or from My Account → Orders.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.
