Most incense cones on the market share a hidden ingredient: charcoal. It makes them cheap to produce and easy to light, but it also fills your home with fine soot and a flat, smoky note that has nothing to do with the fragrance on the label. Our dhoop cones take the harder road.
Chandrayan cones are charcoal-free, hand-rolled from a paste of natural herbs, tree resins, and pure essential oils. The fragrance you smell is the material itself burning — not a perfume sprayed over ash.
Hand-rolled, one at a time
Every cone is shaped by hand by skilled women artisans in Haridwar. Rolling by hand keeps the density even, so the cone burns from tip to base in a slow, unbroken glow — usually twenty to twenty-five minutes of steady fragrance from a single cone.
